This agreement is a legal contract between you and Haiou VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will disclose relevant changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may cause app failure or security risks.
This Service integrates necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functions, you are also subject to those partners' own terms of service.
Service limitations: the App relies on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailable service caused by device arrears, data limits, poor local signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data charges and roaming fees outside your home country are your responsibility.
Users are responsible for their own use of the service. Although we work to provide accurate route information and stable connectivity, some data and service conditions may depend on third-party networks. The App may release updates to maintain compatibility and security, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. If the service is terminated, your usage license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: digital subscriptions, software licenses, or access rights are generally non-refundable once delivered, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Product Evaluation: we encourage users to test the free version or available trial access before purchasing a paid plan, so routes, devices, and features can be evaluated in advance.
Customer Support: if you experience technical issues, contact support first. We can help review the client, account, routes, and local network configuration.
Technical Issues: specific network conditions may affect use. We will try to resolve issues or provide alternative routes, but this does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital access rights are shared, resold, or used in violation of the agreement.
Policy Changes: we reserve the right to update this refund policy, and changes take effect after publication on our website.
